Fees
As a general rule, any activities regarding out-of-court work, in particular the drafting of contracts and representing the client vis-à-vis third parties will be charged on the basis of the time spent. The hourly fees depend on the scale and the complexity of the respective project. Reduced hourly rates may be applied e.g. for start-up companies and for clients which engage us for one or more projects of certain dimensions. It goes without saying that every invoice will be accompanied by a detailed specification showing which activities have been performed.
Also the activities in court are generally calculated on the basis of the time spent. However, the minimum amount charged will be equal to the fees as provided for by the law regarding the remuneration of lawyers (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz - "RVG").
In addition, internal expenses as well as disbursements will be charged in the amount in which they were incurred.
