Security

We explicitly remind you that the transfer of data via internet (e.g. by email communication) bears significant security risks and cannot be entirely protected against access by third parties. In order to increase the safety standard we highly recommend using encryption software for email correspondence. Within existing client relationship and upon the request of our client we also resort to such software. However, also in such case absolute security against unauthorised access cannot be ensured.

Out of Court Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between lawyers and their clients there is the possibility to file an application for out of court dispute resolution with the regional competent Bar Association Düsseldorf (Rechtsanwaltskammer Düsseldorf) in accordance with Sec. 73 (2) n°3, 73 (5) of the Federal Regulations for Lawyers (BRAO) or with the mediation body of the attorneyship of the Federal Bar Association (Sec. 191f BRAO),
